Processing Time All orders are handcrafted with care and typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. During busy periods, processing may take a little longer — we appreciate your patience!

Shipping Rates & Delivery We ship throughout the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Delivery times vary by destination once your order has shipped.

Tracking Your Order Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Damaged or Lost Packages We package every order with care, but if your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.
